Job summary

RTM Business Group is seeking a Junior Event Producer to support our K-12 programs across major markets. You will report to a Production Manager and work with fellow Producers to deliver seamless conference experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a background in B2B event production, with sales/prospecting experience targeting C-level executives. Hybrid work with travel expectations and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B event production.
• Sales/prospecting experience with C-level executives.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proactive under pressure and detail-oriented.
• Experience with Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and create compelling content for conferences.
• Identify and contact delegates for speaking engagements.
• Create detailed programs with sessions and speakers.
• Update conference agendas and digital assets.
• Maintain internal databases for each event.
• Negotiate speaker expenses within budget and coordinate with operations.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution of speakers and sessions.
• Collaborate with operations for on-site success.
• Analyze past events to identify opportunities.
