RTM Business Group is seeking a Junior Event Producer to support K-12 education conferences and events. You will handle speaker recruitment, industry research, and conference programming to deliver engaging experiences.

The role requires strong sales outreach, relationship-building, and project management skills, with collaboration across Production, Sales, and Event Operations. The position is hybrid in NY, NJ, and CT with two days a week in-office, or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B event production.
• Sales/prospecting experience to C-level executives.
• Must be proactive, extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Research industry trends to develop conference programming.
• Identify, recruit and engage senior-level speakers and delegates.
• Coordinate speaker communications, bios, headshots, and presentations.
• Support on-site event execution and ensure sessions run on time.
• Collaborate with Sales and Event Ops to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
