Job summary

SMART Technologies seeks an Education Solutions Consultant to drive business growth in the k-12 market across a multi-state territory. You will work with districts to introduce SMART solutions from concept through revenue recognition and identify new funding sources to expand adoption.

You will travel within North America, develop districts, and lead events with key decision-makers, maintaining strong relationships with educators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, education, marketing or a related field.
• Experience forecasting and hitting sales targets.
• Two years of experience in education or sales for a tech-driven business.
• Experience working with educators.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Create a territory plan identifying priority districts to hit revenue targets.
• Introduce SMART product solutions to districts from concept to revenue recognition.
• Identify new funding sources within districts and connect SMART with new contacts.
• Organize and host events including trade shows, executive visits and channel training.
• Input into strategic consortiums, training centers and DOEs.
