Job summary

SMART Technologies is seeking an Education Solutions Consultant to drive growth in the k-12 market across the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania territories. The role is field-based, working from a home office with travel throughout North America to engage districts with SMART solutions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business/education/marketing, at least two years in education or sales in a tech environment, and strong presentation skills to influence educators and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, education, marketing or related field.
• Two years of education or sales experience in a tech environment.
• Experience working with educators and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create a territory plan to identify priority districts and hit revenue targets.
• Introduce SMART solutions from concept through revenue recognition.
• Identify new funding sources and new district contacts.
• Organize and host events, trade shows, executive visits and training.
• Contribute input into strategic consortiums, training centers and DOEs.
