Qualifications

• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality production/construction documents for education projects.
• Spearhead the development of progressive design concepts through all phases of design.
• Provide innovative ideas for education architectural amenities to help clients stand out.
• Deliver presentations that advance technical and design expertise and deepen client relationships.
• Mentor teams and design staff while developing roadmaps for career advancement.
• Stay ahead of current and emerging architectural trends, innovations, and tools.
