Chartwells K12 seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead our team in delivering outstanding service and memorable culinary experiences for a premier K12 district located in Cherry Valley, AR. The role entails strategic planning, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to shape the future of our dining programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in food services/management or hospitality.
• 3+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Dining experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and strong intuition for business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Work with the team to provide nutritious, high-quality meals for students.
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as liaison between Chartwells, client, and community.
• Perform other duties to support dining service operations.
