Chartwells K-12, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services for Richmond Community Schools, IN. This hands-on leader will oversee district-wide food service operations, assist with menu planning via MenuWorks, support catering services, and guide up to 63 frontline associates across 11 schools and 3 Head Start locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, education, or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Director and Frontline team in creating nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
