Chartwells K-12, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services for Florence Schools in Florence, SC. You will lead a team, shape dining programs, and drive operational excellence across a large K-12 district, delivering safe, nutritious meals and exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and proven experience in high-volume food production. You will collaborate with district stakeholders to maintain standards and optimize costs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management/Hospitality is preferred.
• Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends is preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of (salaried managers) and (up to xxx) frontline associates.
