Job summary

Point Quest is hiring Behavioral Aides to support students with special needs in K-12 settings. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and apply ABA techniques to reach targeted goals. Collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to ensure student safety and progress.

• Monitor and record daily student data and progress.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
