Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking Behavioral Aides for the San Bernardino region to support K-12 students during the 2026/2027 school year. The role involves implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA strategies to help students reach learning goals.

No nights or weekends; school hours only; eligible for full-time benefits. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with students in school settings, and clear background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and reliability to support students in school settings.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment environments is preferred.
• Background check and TB clearance as applicable by state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs to guide behavior and learning.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support aligned to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, progress, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
