Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides for El Dorado Hills, CA, to support students with special needs during school hours. The role involves implementing IEP/BIP plans, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methodologies to help students reach behavioral goals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (BA III requires a bachelor’s), pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance, and demonstrate strong communication and reliability in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA methodologies in schools or treatment settings.
• Ability to implement IEPs and BIPs with fidelity.
• Accurate daily data collection on student progress.
• Clear communication and reliable teamwork with school staff.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs to support student goals.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support aligned to student needs.
• Apply ABA methods to reinforce targeted behaviors.
• Respond to crises using approved safety techniques (Pro-ACT/CPI).
• Monitor students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation; record progress.
