Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides to support K-12 students in El Dorado Hills, CA during the 26/27 school year. Roles include implementing IEPs and BIP, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methodologies in classroom settings.

The position runs Monday–Friday, about 6.5 hours per day, with school hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition assistance; candidates must pass background checks and TB clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• Strong communication and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
