Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Knowledge of strategies to manage behavior.

Responsabilités

• Works with district staff and families to create inclusive learning environments.
• Facilitates Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for individual support plans.
• Maintains records of behavior incidents and progress monitoring.
• Collaborates with the team to implement behavior support plans.
