Job summary

Responsibilities

Participate in implementing and monitoring student behavior programs.
Provide individualized support during the referral process and ALSUP assessments.
Model and teach behavior management strategies to staff.
Support student progress toward behavioral and adaptive goals using positive reinforcement.
Conduct regular check-ins with classrooms and support collaboration.
Assist in classroom academic interventions with one-on-one support.
Implement plans in alternative learning settings to help students manage behavior.
Supervise students during bus transportation and activities as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with staff and students to foster a supportive environment.
Document progress and prepare reports for teachers and parents.
