Job summary

Southern Oregon Education Service District seeks a Temporary Board Certified Behavior Analyst to collaborate with autism consultants, school psychologists, and teachers. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and support IEP goals while coaching staff and families.

Qualifications

• Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Master's degree in education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in behavioral analysis and intervention in educational settings.
• Experience with diverse student populations and K-12 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach school teams in assessments, function analyses, and behavior support plans.
• Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions and monitor progress data.
• Provide training to RBTs/BCBA candidates and to school staff.
• Collaborate with district teams and families to implement effective interventions.
• Maintain records, meet timelines, and comply with ethical standards.
