Job summary

Southern Oregon Education Service District seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in its special programs with a multidisciplinary team. You will coach school teams, conduct assessments, write behavior support plans, and contribute to IEP meetings and progress monitoring.

The role emphasizes collaboration with district staff, families, and community partners to implement evidence-based interventions and ensure student success in inclusive and specialized settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master's degree in education, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of behavioral analysis experience in an educational setting
• Experience with at‑risk student populations
• Experience in K‑12 public education

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with teams to develop interventions and behavior support plans.
• Conduct functional assessments and data analyses to guide interventions.
• Provide supervision of RBT/RBAI and BCBA candidates.
• Deliver trainings on positive behavioral supports and data collection.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and district staff to support IEP goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality.
