Southern Oregon Education Service District is seeking a temporary Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team serving students in SOESD's special programs and component districts. The BCBA will provide direct and consultative services including coaching, collaboration with district teams, assessments, and writing IEP goals.

Responsibilities include leading behavior interventions, data tracking, progress monitoring, and supervising RBT/BCBA candidates, while delivering

Formación

• Master's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification and good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of 3 years of behavioral analysis experience in educational settings.
• Experience with diverse student populations and K-12 education.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with teams to develop interventions and behavior support plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and participate in multidisciplinary assessments.
• Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBT/RBAI and BCBA candidates.
• Deliver instruction in behavior analysis and train staff on ethical practices.
• Develop procedures and training materials for students with challenging behaviors.
• Conduct workshops and in-service trainings on positive behavioral supports.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, admins, and community members.
• Use evidence-based practices and contribute to IEP goals and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal timelines and confidentiality.
