This is a 12-month limited term position with responsibilities spanning item development, blueprint creation, and collaboration with educators and Pearson teams. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education or related field.
• Five years of teaching experience in elementary or secondary education preferred.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and large-scale assessment development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Create item specifications, test blueprints, and related documents.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development and ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate to integrate AI-generated assets into assessment workflows.
• Select and train item writers and educators aligned with standards.
• Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
• Participate in test construction and review of test forms.
