Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required
• Five years’ teaching experience preferred
• Knowledge of content development and educational trends
• Experience with large-scale educational measurement preferred
• Experience or familiarity with prompting and evaluating AI-generated content

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels and item types
• Help develop item specifications, test blueprints, and ancillary documents
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development and ensure accessibility
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI-generated assets in workflows
• Select, manage, and train item authors and educators
• Facilitate customer meetings and provide content assessment expertise
• Support test construction and review of test forms
• Consult with customers and participate in planning and reviews
• Collaborate with test development managers, psychometricians, and Pearson groups
• Stay current with AI technologies relevant to content creation and assessment
• Perform other duties as assigned
