• Oversee districtwide Gifted and Talented screening, identification, and equity-centered talent development
• Manage departmental budget, vendor contracts, and resource allocations for Advanced Learning services
• Oversee state-required Gifted and Talented reporting, audits, and district plan updates
• Directly supervise the Gifted and Talented Program Specialist and Gifted and Talented Instructional Mentor
• Chair and facilitate the District Gifted and Talented Advisory Committee
