This position requires extensive leadership experience, particularly in school or youth development settings, and a Master’s degree. A valid driver's license and strong partnership building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience in a school or youth development setting.
• Three to five years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience in planning and implementing expanded learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for expanded learning programs.
• Direct program operations and compliance monitoring.
• Develop and manage program budgets.
