Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Juvenile Justice Specialist or three years in related care/ Guidance roles.
• Must be at least 21 years old at time of application.
• Willingness to commute to South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit, Franklin County.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility security and safety of staff and residents.
• Guide residents in daily routines, personal development, and treatment activities.
• Supervise staff, train and support employees in daily duties.
• Intervene during emergencies and maintain discipline using appropriate methods.
• Prepare reports, review documents, and manage staff scheduling.
• Participate in planning meetings and support treatment and case management.
