Portage County Health & Human Services is seeking a Justice Programs Supervisor to lead and evaluate programs for adult and juvenile offenders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, planning, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of criminal justice experience; three years of staff supervision experience preferred.
• Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) preferred, though not required.
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and programs with stakeholders.
• Reviews policy effectiveness and program outcomes with the Justice Coalition.
• Administers contracts and reviews performance with service providers.
• Provides direct services to offenders when needed.
• Assists with grant applications and quarterly reporting.
• Keeps abreast of justice programming changes; coordinates with law enforcement and courts.

Education
