Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or criminal justice field.
• One year of experience in corrections or related work.
• Knowledge of counseling techniques or related services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate documents and data from interviews, reports, and observations.
• Train, observe, evaluate, and supervise subordinate staff in their duties.
• Develop, implement, and manage correctional programs.
