Job summary

Inside Philanthropy seeks a Jail Programs Coordinator in Delaware County, Ohio to support the Criminal Justice Programs Manager in jail behavioral health, MAT, reentry and related initiatives. The role collaborates with correctional staff, medical and behavioral health providers, courts, and community partners to strengthen continuity of care and reduce recidivism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• A minimum of three years of work-related experience is required.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and drive on county business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration, coordination, and implementation of jail programs.
• Coordinate MAT program services with jail staff, clinicians, and community providers.
• Develop and maintain jail programming schedules and access with correctional staff.
• Identify inmates who may benefit from programs and facilitate referrals.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with laws and Sheriff’s Office procedures.
