Job summary

TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to convert leads into booked junk removal jobs, educate customers, and provide excellent support. You will also assist with moving inquiries when needed, and cross-train for related services.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for an energetic, sales-focused Customer Service Representative to help grow our Junk Removal Division. In this role, you'll convert leads into booked jobs, educate customers on our services, and provide outstanding customer support. While your primary focus will be junk removal, you'll also be cross-trained to assist with moving inquiries and bookings as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and online leads for junk removal services
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Follow up with prospective customers to increase bookings
• Explain pricing, services, and the junk removal process
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes
• Cross-sell moving and junk removal services when appropriate
• Support the moving division with customer inquiries and bookings during peak periods
• Help meet team sales, booking, and conversion goals

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, sales, call center, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
