TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is hiring a Junk Removal Customer Service Representative in Columbia, MD. The role focuses on converting leads to booked jobs, educating customers, and delivering outstanding service for junk removal and related moving inquiries.

You will handle calls and online inquiries, explain pricing, and maintain accurate records. The position offers daytime hours, full-time status, and additional incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, call center, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and online leads for junk removal services.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers to increase bookings.
• Explain pricing, services, and the junk removal process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes.
• Cross-sell moving and junk removal services when appropriate.
• Support the moving division with customer inquiries and bookings during peak periods.
• Help meet team sales, booking, and conversion goals.
