Job summary

TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to convert leads into booked junk removal jobs, educate customers, and provide excellent support. You will also assist with moving inquiries when needed, and cross-train for related services.

The role emphasizes sales-driven customer service with daytime hours, a $17/hour base plus commission and performance incentives, and opportunities to grow within an expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, call center, or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and online leads for junk removal services.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and maintain customer information.
• Cross-sell moving and junk removal services when appropriate.
• Support the team to meet sales and booking goals.
