What You’ll Do

• Customer Service + Sales (This is KEY)
• Meet customers onsite and walk them through the service
• Quote jobs confidently based on volume
• Recommend additional services (cleanouts, extra loads, labor)
• Close the sale onsite + collect payment
• Deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish

Junk Removal (Hands-On Work)

• Lift, carry, and load items (furniture, appliances, debris)
• Work in homes, offices, and job sites
• Lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal

Driving + Teamwork

• Safely operate company vehicles
• Work with a team that moves fast and supports each other
• Represent the brand professionally in the community
