This role reports to the Channel Sales Manager and/or Senior Key Account Manager, helping drive account growth and retail execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting Walmart or other major retail accounts strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link, Luminate, or similar retailer systems is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of retail sales, forecasting, inventory, and promotional activities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Walmart sales performance, product distribution, inventory, and SKU movement.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analyses.
• Support promotional execution, pricing updates, product launches, and item setup.
• Utilize Walmart systems and reporting tools to monitor account performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support orders, product availability, and customer requirements.
• Identify sales trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain customer communications, documentation, and timely follow-up.
• Assist with customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial initiatives.
