Job summary

Ariela & Associates International is seeking an Account Manager/Business Analyst (Walmart) to support the Director, Sales in growing the Walmart business. This hybrid role (Tuesday-Thursday in-office) balances day-to-day account management for the Girls business unit with store and online analytics across Walmart stores and Walmart.com.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, able to translate data into actionable recommendations while coordinating with internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in account management, sales analysis, or planning, preferably with Walmart.
• Proficiency with Walmart Retail Link/Scintilla; modulars, traiting, and store-level ordering preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Walmart orders, confirm ETAs, adjust door counts, and coordinate with replenishment.
• Write and upload initial set store-level orders at season start and monitor on-time shipping.
• Partner with logistics, production, and customer service to resolve delays and routing issues.
• Own modular process: rack plan, CADs, deadlines, and new store/remodel sets.
• Analyze POS, inventory, and store data from Walmart Retail Link/Luminate for insights.
