Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional content creation experience for in-house marketing teams, agencies, or similar corporate creative teams.
• End-to-End Execution: handle the entire lifecycle of a video — concepting, shooting, editing, captioning, and publishing.
• Production & Editing: shoot, lighting, framing, audio capture for interviews or talking-head setups and finalize with non-linear editing tools.
• Creative Mindset: strong storytelling instincts with hooks, pacing, and trend awareness.
• AI Prompting & Tools: experience with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and AI video platforms to speed up scripting and workflows.
• Social Mastery: native understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Video.
• Distribution & Publishing: craft punchy titles, thumbnails, and SEO metadata.
• Communication: comfortable guiding team members on camera for engaging performances.
• Self-Starter Attitude: autonomous, test ideas quickly and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Ideation & Ownership: generate and execute fresh weekly content ideas from concept to posted video.
• Social Content Creation: script, film, edit entertaining skits and bite-sized clips for social channels.
• SME Collaboration: work with in-office experts to film authentic conversations and product breakdowns.
• SaaS Product Showcase: explain features clearly to support marketing channels and training datasets.
• AI-Assisted Production: leverage AI tools for ideation and fast production workflows.
• Publishing & Optimization: publish cuts with captions, thumbnails, titles, hashtags, and metadata.
