Job summary

Spoks in Austin is seeking a creative video and content specialist who can design assets and produce and edit video across product launches, website, social campaigns and merchant stories.

You will collaborate with the founder and Growth Marketing Lead, build a creator network, organize shoots and manage a growing content library, while using AI tools to speed production without losing human storytelling.

Qualifications

• Design polished image assets and produce and edit video content.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and pacing.
• Write specific briefs, give useful feedback and recognize strong hooks, clear product explanations and effective edits.
• Organize a production pipeline and keep collaborators, deadlines and assets moving.
• Use AI and automation in your work and can show a workflow you've built or improved.

Responsibilities

• Apply and develop Spoks' visual style across product launches, our website, social content and campaigns, working with the founder and Growth Marketing Lead.
• Turn product ideas, merchant experiences and company milestones into clear stories, concepts, scripts and creative briefs.
• Work with our Customer Support Specialist on tutorials, webinars and merchant stories.
• Design still images, carousels, launch graphics and product visuals. Produce and edit video, including walkthroughs, founder content, customer stories and short social formats.
• Build and maintain our content library, including an ad library with fresh concepts and variations in hooks, layouts, copy, edits and formats.
