Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Video & Motion Producer to own end-to-end video production for the Growth team, turning product launches, interviews, and campaigns into polished content for a technical audience. You will edit, animate, produce, and ship work across platforms with hands-on involvement.

The role demands fluency in AI-assisted workflows and a strong editorial sense, plus experience crafting content for developers and performance marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in video production, motion design, or a related field.
• Experience producing content for a technical/developer audience.
• Hands-on editing and motion skills with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• End-to-end production ability: concept, scripting, production, post-production, delivery.
• Strong editorial judgment for structuring talks and tutorials.
• Platform fluency across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, X, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Brand sensibility and proactive, self-directed work style.
• Experience shooting and directing live-action video.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for video.
• Experience with developer-focused content and performance marketing.
• Motion design systems thinking and reusable templates.

Responsibilities

• Own developer video production end-to-end, from concept and scripting through editing, motion design, and delivery across platforms.
• Produce product launch videos that translate technical capabilities into clear, visually compelling narratives for developers.
• Build motion graphics and animated content: explainers, UI demos, brand moments, title sequences.
• Edit event/conference content into shareable social pieces.
• Produce organic short-form social content across channels.
• Support performance marketing by producing ad variants and iterating on creative.
• Create AI-assisted production templates, style guides, and repeatable processes.
• Use performance metrics and audience feedback to guide future content.
