Job summary

Central States Marketing is seeking an in-office Video Specialist who can concept, shoot, edit, animate, and elevate video content using modern tools and AI-driven workflows. A strong storytelling mindset and hands-on production expertise are essential.

Submissions with no sample reel will not be considered. The role involves on-site shoots, on-going collaboration with teams, and delivering platform-ready videos across web, social, and internal channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, editing, multimedia or related field.
• Proven experience in video production, editing, animation and motion graphics.
• Proficient in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Minimum 3 years experience (agency experience a plus).
• Strong storytelling, pacing and narrative skills.
• Portfolio showing animation and motion design.
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Creative storytelling: develop strategic, story-driven video concepts aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Production: lead and support on-site shoots, handling camera operation, lighting, and audio capture; plan shot lists and production schedules.
• Editing & Post-Production: edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos with strong pacing, color correction, and clean audio.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and branded animated elements using After Effects.
• AI & Innovation: leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and production workflows.
• Collaboration & Project Ownership: collaborate with teams to execute creative vision and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
