Three Notch Group is seeking an entry-level Utility Engineer I to support the creation of high-quality engineering and design documents under guidance from a licensed Professional Engineer. This role offers exposure to office and field activities, client collaboration, and opportunities for professional development and licensure.

The candidate will assist with design computations, permits, cost estimates, and field activities while building technical proficiency and independence over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Assist with client communication and attend client or public meetings as needed.
• Use CAD tools to prepare engineering plans, reports, and construction documents.
• Visit project and construction sites to monitor progress and support requirements.
• Contribute to project quality-control activities and ensure accuracy of work.
• Define technical problems, collect data, and draw conclusions under supervision.
• Read and interpret engineering and construction documents, regulations, and standards.
