Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 0–2 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D or related software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client communication and attend meetings as needed.
• Use CAD tools to prepare engineering plans, reports, and construction documents.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and collect information.
• Contribute to quality-control activities and ensure accuracy of work.
• Read and interpret engineering documents, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare specifications, permits, plans, reports, and cost estimates.
• Produce design computations under supervision with increasing independence.
• Communicate milestones, budgets, and project status to management.
• Manage time to meet schedules and budgets.
