Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, customer service, clerical, administrative support, cash handling, data entry, or related experience.
• Valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Researches billing issues and maintains customer account information.
• Verifies meter reads and assists with billing cycles and rate applications.
• Responds to customer inquiries with clear explanations of billing methods and payment options.
• Creates billing batches and performs quality control for timely billing.
• Prepares adjustments for transfers, final bills, and rate changes.
