Job summary

Sleek is seeking a UK Payroll Executive to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for multiple UK clients. You will manage payroll data, RTI submissions, and pension auto-enrolment while answering client queries with high service levels.

The role emphasizes ownership, confidentiality, and use of payroll technology and AI to improve workflows. Remote work is available with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on UK payroll processing experience.
• Experience in a bureau, outsourced payroll environment, or shared services centre is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple client payroll accounts is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of UK payroll processes, HMRC requirements, tax regulations, and workplace pension processes.
• Experience with BrightPay, Xero Payroll or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned UK client payrolls accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with payroll deadlines, HMRC requirements, and pension auto-enrolment.
• Respond promptly to payroll-related client queries and maintain high CSAT levels.
• Collaborate with the UK Payroll team and other departments to improve workflows with AI and automation.
