Sleek seeks a UK Payroll Executive to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for multiple UK clients. You will manage payroll data, submissions, and pension auto-enrolment while answering client queries and meeting deadlines. The role emphasizes accuracy, ownership, and leveraging AI to optimize workflows.

The position offers remote work with a strong focus on data security, client service excellence, and continuous process improvement in a tech-enabled payroll environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of hands-on UK payroll processing experience.
• Experience in a payroll bureau, outsourced payroll environment, or shared services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client payroll accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• Working knowledge of UK payroll processes, HMRC requirements, tax regulations, and workplace pension processes.
• Experience with payroll software such as BrightPay, Xero Payroll, or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned client payrolls accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Submit HMRC submissions (RTI), FPS, EPS and year-end reports (P60s, P11Ds) as required.
• Support workplace pension auto-enrolment and respond to client queries.
• Ensure payroll activities are compliant with UK labour laws and agreed timelines.
• Identify discrepancies early and maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement using AI, automation, and technology.
