Job summary

Community State Bank in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Treasury Management Associate I to join the Commercial team. The role focuses on developing and servicing business deposit relationships and TM banking services.

Responsibilities include client training, TM product setup, and relationship expansion, with travel to client sites as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Education: A 2-year degree in a Business or Finance-related field is normally required.
• Experience: 2-3 years banking experience; TM experience a plus.
• Skills: strong communication, typing speed, and MS Office proficiency; fluent English; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide client training for all TM services (ACH, online banking, sweep, wire transfers, etc.).
• Complete system setup and maintenance for TM products and services.
• Prepare customer documents for TM services and deposit accounts.
• Enhance relationships by offering new TM products and services.
• Identify prospects for deposit and TM services and coordinate deployment.
• Respond to inquiries via phone or email regarding TM services and deposits.
• Assist clients who have experienced fraud on their accounts.
• Conduct annual relationship reviews to optimize pricing and engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales for technical support and ensure policy compliance.
