Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years related experience; internship preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems.
• Knowledge of power system planning and transmission analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with standards such as NERC/NPCC/ISO-NE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of transmission models under guidance.
• Support reliability studies: power flow, stability, EMT, short-circuit analyses.
• Collect and review forecast loads, equipment ratings, impedances, contingencies, and topology.
• Prepare study scopes, verify technical information, and document study results.
• Support interfacing with ISO-NE staff and other stakeholders.
