The position offers hybrid in-office work with some remote flexibility and opportunities to collaborate with utilities and partners. The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree (0–1 year experience), a GPA of 3.0+, and proficiency in MS Office, PLS-CADD, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 0 to 1 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent research skills with analytical mindset.
• Strong command of English with good written and oral communication.
• Familiarity with design/build processes and civil construction laws.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Proficiency with technical writing, office software, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute transmission project engineering up to 765kV.
• Support initial project layout to establish an efficient plan.
• Maintain project budget and schedule.
• Follow QA/QC procedures.
• Develop expertise in PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, drawings, and material procurement.
• Travel to field as needed.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
