Job summary

Plateau seeks an experienced Training Analyst (Junior) in Arlington, VA to develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for a DoW client. Partial telework may be approved, with hybrid onsite support in Arlington.

You will work with Plateau team members and government stakeholders on training materials, courses, and multimedia content. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in training development, plus experience with CBT tools like Adobe Captivate and LMS such as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.
Two or more years of experience in training development and delivery for a large organization.
Experience delivering training for DoW organizations is highly desired.
Experience using CBT tools such as Adobe Captivate to create multimedia materials.
Experience using LMS such as Blackboard to manage training courses.
Ability to write training scripts and storyboard plans with multimedia content.
Strong presentation skills in a client-facing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the preparation of instructor material and job aids, templates, and references for multiple formats.
Maintain a digital training site to manage all approved course offerings.
Conduct quality checks and QA on all data provided.
Assist in converting traditional materials to new formats, including video streaming.
Help develop master course schedules.
Identify and resolve issues affecting training presentations.
Assist in system training, implementation, and archiving of data and recordings.
