Job summary

Leidos is seeking a part-time Sr. Instructor with demonstrated expertise in analytic training, writing, presenting, and critical thinking to assist experienced staff in incorporating new tools into their workflow.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or eligibility, and involves coordinating with the program team, developing tailored learning content, mentoring students, and delivering instruction at multiple Northern Virginia locations.

Qualifications

• A BA degree and extensive experience with analysis techniques.
• 7+ years as analytic manager/analyst with feedback on drafts and briefings.
• 10+ years using analytic techniques, tools, and approaches across sectors.
• Experience supporting analysis at multiple government agencies.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, instructional design or course facilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on analytic tradecraft in writing and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, develop, and evaluate training and content for various audiences.
• Provide instruction individually or with a team on tools and techniques.
• Develop content for training modules, programs, and exercises.
• Coordinate with the program on goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Lead communications between team, customer managers, offices, and experts to plan and implement projects.
