Job summary

ERM Marketing & Communications Agency in Houston is seeking a Project Administrator to support coordination and delivery across agency teams, acting as a junior traffic manager to keep projects on schedule and resources aligned.

You will work with account, creative, digital, and research professionals, develop expertise in project operations, capacity planning, and workflow management, and help improve agency traffic flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project coordination or traffic experience in an agency setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams.
• Ability to collaborate across account, creative, digital, and research teams.
• Proactive problem-solving with early identification of risks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a junior traffic manager coordinating workflow from setup through delivery.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines in Monday.com and other agency systems.
• Monitor project progress and escalate scheduling or resource concerns.
• Coordinate resource assignments and availability throughout project lifecycles.
