Insight Global is seeking a Media Traffic Coordinator to support a Telecom Company! This opportunity is based out of Dallas, TX, and will be on site 4x a week. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick one and done interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $15-18/hr. based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a contract with the opportunity to be brought on full time with a a reputable company.

Must Haves:
- Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship
- Ability to work on site in Dallas, TX 4x a week
- 1+ years of experience in traffic coordination or similar advertising/marketing workflow roles
- Experience working across marketing, advertising, development, and sales teams
- Ability to manage ad placement across multiple media channels
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience processing invoices, entering logs, managing shipments, and tracking workflows
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and reconcile data
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others; reports to Director
- Proficiency in HTML for web ad placement (as required in many scenarios)
Job Description:
- A traffic coordinator works in advertising in a company that offers goods or services for sale on a larger-scale platform. They work with marketing, advertising, development, and sales departments to facilitate the placement of ads to achieve maximum impact. The traffic coordinator also works to ensure that products or services have properly targeted advertisements that have a consistent tone and message. The traffic coordinator works with all media to facilitate the placement of advertising developed by marketing or advertising departments.
- The coordinator normally makes sure the advertisements are properly tailored to their media and targeted audience, and then purchases the time or platforms needed to bring the ads to the public eye. In many situations, the placement of web advertising requires excellent HTML skills. The traffic coordinator also collects and analyzes data on the campaign's effectiveness. This frequently involves statistical analysis of consumers reached by various advertisements, sales, and reconciliation of related data. The coordinator then reports these findings to sales and creative departments to help improve and focus on future ads and sales campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that projects move along seamlessly through the work process from start to completion
- Manage outgoing and incoming shipments, process invoices, enter information into program logs and interact with external vendors
- Create and maintain work schedules to track and prioritize responsibilities between various departments
- Schedule activities and establish objectives for their group
- Send communications to corporate offices and employees.
