Job summary

University Marketing & Communications (UMAC) is seeking a Production and Traffic Manager to coordinate the creative work across writers, editors, designers, and videographers. The role drives production timelines, resource planning, and cross‑team collaboration to keep projects on track.

The position emphasizes equitable communication, uses Asana/SharePoint, and offers a hybrid work schedule with in‑office and telework days. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in traffic management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of work experience in project or traffic management roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects.
• Ability to influence, advise and guide cross‑functional stakeholders with diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint/Dropbox tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage production workflow for the Creative team from start to finish.
• Create detailed production timelines and secure creative resources.
• Coordinate daily with project managers and creative staff to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor workloads, anticipate shifts in priorities and communicate risks.
