Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with thermal management for cooling of high-performance electronics is preferred.
• Familiarity with data-driven modeling and DOE methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of thermal management systems including liquid and two-phase cooling.
• Develop thermal-fluid models for system-level performance prediction (steady-state and transient).
• Apply machine learning and data-driven methods to optimize designs.
• Support data center cooling system modeling and DOE experiments.
• Create and maintain CAD models and engineering docs (SolidWorks, P&IDs, drawings, test plans).
