Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering
• Degree earned within the last year with start by Fall 2027
• Experience with testing environments and test procedures
• Internship/co-op or hands-on experience showing technical and leadership skills
• Ability to earn trust and foster an inclusive culture
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Self-driven with minimal direction to seek requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and operate test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical and electronic systems
• Analyze test data to support verification of requirements
• Direct integration of hardware into test facilities
• Plan tests, assess risks, set up, execute, review post-test data, analyze performance
• Develop test support software and equipment to improve frequency and quality
• Identify, scope, and resolve test-related problems
